My corporate career spanned 35+ years in various client services, marketing, personnel management, organizational development, quality control roles and I thrived through 2 layoffs.
When I was ready to make the leap of faith and leave the “known” of corporate America, it wasn’t just about a job change. I took the time to consider my age and stage in life which included bridging the gap to retirement, having the flexibility to support the needs of my aging parents, finding time for me while doing work that can make a difference.
This led me to Life Coaching to help others during times of transition, a career change, a promotion, retirement or when caring for a loved one. I bring to the process proven techniques, experience and compassion.
I obtained my Life Coaching certification with the Life Purpose Institute which is accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) in 2019.
