River City Publications is the creative organization developed by Kanise Marshall, a fantasy romance writer from Virginia. She's the writer and creative behind the Willow's Song Saga. She draws her creativity from her spirituality and personal experiences. Kanise has self-published her first book in the series, Call from the Willow, and is excitedly working on book two.
