    Responsibilities:

    • Perform and facilitate all stages of the recruitment process including sourcing, reviewing resumes, phone screening, interviewing, evaluating, selecting, and onboard high-quality applicants
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to provide guidance throughout the hiring process
    • Identify and draft job descriptions and hiring criteria
    • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
    • Effectively negotiate and provide offer letters to candidates
    • Utilize a variety of resources to advertise and promote the organization and open positions
    • Serve as a positive brand ambassador providing information on company culture, operations, and job opportunities
    • Travel and participate in recruiting events and assist as a primary contact to schools/programs as needed
    • Maintain HRIS and personnel files in compliance with applicable legal or company requirements
    • Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation for new employees
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
    • Regularly track and measure recruiting metrics
    • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a similar degree required, or the equivalent of 5-7 years of similar work experience in recruiting
    • Prior recruiting experience required; aviation experience preferred, previous experience in a customer service position preferred
    • An experienced advisor with exceptional emotional intelligence who possesses the ability to effectively connect with and understand the emotional needs of candidates and fellow employees, providing them with guidance and support
    • Experience in an office setting handling sensitive and confidential information
    • High degree of professional ethics, a sense of fairness, and the ability to work with individuals at all levels
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships
    • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude to utilize MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HRIS
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment meeting tight deadlines
    • Strong analysis, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
    • Detail-oriented and well-organized
